Registration Fees
The registration fees for participants is $650.00 US (inclusive of all taxes and if paid before September 15, 2009). From September 15 to November 15, 2009 registration fees are $700.00 US. All authors and chair-persons are responsible for their own expenses, including travel, accommodation and registration fees.Please note that registraion for either conference entitles attendees to participate in both symposia (MPES 2009/SWEMP 2009). Onsite registraton fees are $750.00 US. Click here for additional registration information.
All authors are requested to register by September 15, 2009, which is also the deadline for online publication of manuscripts.

Rates
The following excellent rates have been negotiated from November 13th to November 21st and are based on per room per night – Single or Double Occupancy. (plus applicable taxes)

Jacuzzi Suite $179.00
Executive, Parlour or Lodge Suite $239.00
Rates are subject to the 2% Tourism Improvement Fee (TEF) and then the 4% Tourism Levy and 5% Federal Goods and Services Tax (GST).
