Registration Fees for participants is $690.00 Cdn (inclusive of all taxes and if paid before September 15, 2005). All authors and chair-persons are responsible for their own expenses, including travel, accommodation and registration fees. Click here to access the Registration Form.
All authors are requested to register by August 30, 2005, which is also the deadline for online publication of manuscripts.
