INSTRUCTIONS

1. Below enter 1 for quantity and click "Buy from 2CO" (You will see the default in the scroll down menu for $650.00 which covers the Welcoming Reception, Conference Sessions, 3 Lunches, Banquet and CD Proceedings). All fees are quoted in US dollars. Onsite registration fees are $750 dollars.

2. If, however, you are also inviting a guest to any event, then use the scroll down menu to make the correct additional selection.

3. Then click "Save and Check Out"

4. You will receive an automatic receipt of payment through email within 24 hours of the transaction.
