Instructions for Oral Presentations

Presenters: Time allocation is 20 minutes.

In order to help us achieve our goal to have flawless presentation flow, please follow the simple guidelines below:

We prefer that you do not use your own laptop computer. A common-use laptop will be available to all oral presenters. We will have Technical Support volunteers as well as an audio-visual expert on hand to support you.

Please bring your presentation on a CD-ROM or USB Key (for PC)

The conference laptop computer will support Microsoft PowerPoint presentations formatted for PC.

Please use only the Windows Standard Fonts (Times New Roman or Arial are most commonly used) .
