Registration
The registration fees for participants is $850.00 US (inclusive of all taxes and if paid before September 15, 2012). The registration fee for delegates includes one CD volume of the proceedings of their choice (either MPES or SWEMP), conference registration, reception, banquet, and lunches. Additional CD copies of the proceedings will be available for purchase for $US 50.00. (Guest tickets for the banquet and lunch can be purchased for an additional cost).
From September 15 to November 21, 2012 registration fees are $930.00 US. All authors and chair-persons are responsible for their own expenses, including travel, accommodation and registration fees. Please note that registration for either conference entitles attendees to participate in both symposia (MPES 2012/SWEMP 2012). Onsite registraton fees are $970.00 US. All authors are requested to register by September 15, 2012, which is also the deadline for publication of manuscripts. Please note that because of the overwhelming initial interest to the Call for Papers and the anticipated number of participants at this conference, each registered delegate will have the opportunity to present only one paper at either MPES or SWEMP. The paper must be accepted by the peer-review committee.
